We stayed in hotel caldera during a guided group tour and just fell in love with the place, the view of Mount Batur and mount agung are stunning and the nearby lake is also a beautiful view to take in while having breakfast.
Participating in the Caldera Experience MT Batur Sharing was an unforgettable adventure. The complimentary mineral water provided along the journey was a thoughtful touch keeping us hydrated as we trekked.
I recommend you this hotel and restaurant if you want to be far from the city crowd and looking for relaxing place with a very beautiful view of Mount Batur.
Excellent hotel with great views of volcanic mountains and lake. Overall 10/10. Short drive to climb Mt. Batur for sunrise view over the mountain top.

Perfect stop off break point while exploring the area. The views are among the best in the region, with a full view of the lake and Mount Batur and Mount Agung. The coffee as expected was delicious. They also have good clean bathrooms if needed.
